PRODICIENT TECHNOLOGIES' founder, Kevin Horton, was employed in a traditional private-sector  business environment for over twenty years and spent more than three-fourths of that career managing computer systems and computer departments.  Mr. Horton's experience with helping computer users gain a greater understanding of the full capabilities of the computer systems they are asked to master is the foundation of this enterprise.
