Welcome to a special website all about Kevin & Jocelyn Horton's international adoption experience culminating with the amazing trip to China in December of 2000! This site was updated "live" as we went through our trip to China. We hope that this site will now serve as a useful reference site for anyone considering or about to go through an international adoption to China.
